事件：錯過了午飯時間，外出買個飯盒吃。

想吃得簡單一點，想想尖沙咀附近有沒有好吃的叉燒飯。源記或廣東燒味應該不錯，我就選擇了較近的源記。

燒味飯的地位只會在外賣或午飯時的選擇，大部份食客都會選擇雙拼飯，我們會這樣想加少少錢就有雙重的享受，先不從食店不用成本多賺幾塊錢，甚麼配搭也不要，就簡簡單單的要一盒叉燒飯，收錢時才知道是29元，價錢是有點貴但好味道才是最重要的，最後能把叉燒飯整盒吃掉，內心及肚子也有種滿足的感覺。

後感：叉燒飯的組成是叉燒及白飯，就是因為簡單的配搭，沒有花招了。反而制作叉燒背後的功夫，另一方面白飯再不是飯桌上可有可無的角色，這次終於有出場的份兒，當你試過入口冰冷、硬、有時還好像給微波爐加熱過的經歷，現時能在外面能有碗正常的白飯吃好像也不易了。我們不斷追求新鮮多樣化的食物，偶以可以嘗試做一位專一的食客，體會一碟叉燒飯中有甚麼得著。

BBQ pork rice （barbecued pork rice）/(cantonese called cha siu fan 叉燒飯) this is a very popular food in south of China, specially in GuangZhou and Hong Kong. This is very easy to mix of rice be a quick meal in lunch time, its smilar to Hotdog or Burger. Chinese people bring it to Asia countries and go west. In Hong Kong many chinese restaurant serve this in menu and it almost taste is good, if we taste many delicious, yummy, chinese food ,we can try this BBQ pork rice at next time.
